KP Fitness offers a variety of plans for the individual in mind. Our work all boils down to what you would like to achieve and our plans are custom created per person and their goals.

Beginner (Single Person) – R300 per session – 1 Meet-up session to discuss goals & 1 30min workout session
R250 per session thereafter
Dieting will be given accordingly to follow for 7 days a week.
Supplements (Structured according to the individuals with guides)
Beginner (2 people) – R200 per session per person – R150 per session thereafter
Dieting will be given accordingly to follow for 7 days a week.
Supplements (Structured according to the individuals with guides)
Advanced (Single Person) – R300 per 1 hour session – R250 per 1 hour session thereafter
Dieting will be given accordingly to follow for 7 days a week.

Advanced (2 People) – R200 per 1 hour session per person – R150 per 1 hour session thereafter
Dieting will be given accordingly to follow for 7 days a week.
